Other Important Details

  • You must be at least 13, and have parental consent. 

  • We do our best to work with your schedule.

  • Occasionally, volunteers sign up for more than one session of volunteering. Once their sessions are complete, we've even had volunteers come back in to apply for, and get hired for open positions!  

  • Volunteers have an opportunity to see the inner workings of a local animal hospital!  In addition to providing the best pet health and wellness, we are deeply committed to our staff, our clients, and our patients. If you eventually become interested in pursuing a career in Veterinary Medicine, there is no better way to see first-hand what great veterinary care looks and feels like.
